Every charter is manned by a licensed captain ready to make your cruise unforgettable. Our crew is ready to answer all questions about the area, the boat, and love to give recommendations of our favorite spots in town! We are here to serve your every need and bring you to places you cannot see anywhere else.
BYOB
We are BYO! Feel free to bring all of your favorite food and beverages. We have large cooler full of ice, along with plenty of plates, napkins, utensils, glasses, etc. to serve anything you bring along! Our crew offers full service help preparing items and serving them to you if requested. We also have cocktails available for purchase onboard, along with complimentary water and soft drinks
Fully Private
We love our friends on the large tour boats, but we also know some folks just want time to themselves. Aboard our comfortable picnic boat, it is only you, the people you invite, and your provided crew. We never sell public tickets and six guests maximum keeps the crowd size small. This gives you an intimate perspective of the harbor and a view of Newport like no other.
Know Before You Go
Before you book, here are some important notes. Following checkout, you will receive a confirmation email to provide further information before your cruise.
Every cruise with Sea Newport is 100% private. Once aboard, it is only you and the people you invite, along with our provided crew.
We can accommodate up to 6 guests maximum. We wish we could have more, but this is a regulation set in place by the US Coast Guard. If your party is greater than six, we are more than happy to refer you to our friends who can accommodate larger groups.

Sea Newport never has a set route. We can go wherever you would like, as long as we can get back in the time provided. We do allow swimming when safe.
​
We are BYOB and have a large cooler to keep all of your libations cold.
Add-on options are available and now COMPLIMENTARY. To add a selection, click the checkbox when checking out. Morning Harborside Cruises include coffee & baked breakfast items courtesy of Springline Coffee. Daytime cruises (Harbor Cruise, Sunset Cruise, and Half Day Adventure) include charcuterie courtesy of Bellevue Boards. No purchase or pickup required. Please note any allergies in the Cruise Notes.

About Our Vessel: M/V Tabasco
Originally hailing from Sebasco Harbor just outside Phippsburg, ME, Tabasco is a 32 foot Wasque (way-squee) powerboat built in Martha's Vineyard in 1973. She spent nearly her entire life in Maine, named as a play on words of her hailport of Sebasco, ME. Before starting her new life in Newport, her loving owner of over 25 years spent countless summer days enjoying time with friends and family on her off the Maine coast.

Now a Newport gal, Tabasco is a head turner with her classic styling and modern amenities. She sports ample deck space which we like to call her "flex space." With an aft lounge bench, moveable deck chairs, and table, it is the perfect space for serving both charcuterie boards as well as showing off your best dance moves. She has a full audio system with Bluetooth connectivity to make sure the mood is set or the tunes are pumping.

Charter Package Details
​
When you purchase a cruising package from Sea Newport, you are given ultimate flexibility. To schedule your charters, simply call, text or email us. Bookings are available on a first come first served basis. Check our real-time booking calendar here on our website to verify your desired time is available. After the booking is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email . Make sure to note if you would like to include any add-ons. If for any reason you need to rebook, the $25 rebooking fee is automatically waived for package holders. You may also cancel a charter booking at anytime without penalty.

Packages are transferable between family, friends, and guests. Charters should be scheduled by the package holder if possible.
Packages are nonrefundable.
